It’s become easier to get addicted to a negative way of life. We eat what we are told to eat, we live up to the expectations put upon us and we squeeze into a mould set by everyone else around us. It’s little wonder that we lose a sense of who we are, race at 100 miles per hour and find anything to fill the empty feeling within.
My clients often get to a stage in their lives when they realise that something must change.
