Who are your programmes for?

The programme is suitable for both men and women who feel stuck, repeating behaviours, feel out of balance or feel like they are heading down a path they weren’t destined to be on, and are seeking safe and trusted advice to break the mould and rediscover what they truly want in life.

If I work with you 1:1, how many sessions will I require?

This very much depends on where your starting point is and where you want to get to. I have made it really easy for you to access and experience the best support available to you. I first invite you to book in for a 60-minute assessment as an opportunity for you to come and explore the current challenges you are facing in life right now and how this is impacting your life. The session is structure with open questions for you to begin to shift your perspective and to experience the solutions which are available to you. If the energy feels right for us both, I will then propse a roadmap and course of action to implement a support plan over the timeframe of 6-12 weeks.

What is ‘Hypnotherapy’?

Hypnotherapy is a genuine psychological therapy process. It puts you into a trance-like state in order to make you more receptive to therapeutic suggestions. During a hypnotherapy session, people go through a process that induces a trance-like state that helps them focus their minds, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed. Hypnotherapy utilises the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to help you focus on a problem more deeply.

I can’t relax, will hypnotherapy work for me?

Hypnosis does not require that you are already relaxed, although it is more pleasant when you are, and relaxation may be a side effect. Though not necessary, the fact is that some people on experiencing hypnosis for themselves report that this was the first time they have ever been able to relax.

Is it true that only certain people respond to hypnosis?

People experience various states of trance in everyday life. This can be utilised in a positive sense for the vast majority of people with hypnotherapy. This assumes of course that they actually wish to experience hypnotherapy.

Will I remember everything that happened?

Just as when you listen to a speech your mind wanders and you don’t remember everything consciously, so too, it is in hypnosis. The bottom line is that it is up to you. You can choose to listen to everything or just let go like in a daydream. The beauty is it will be effective either way.

Is it dangerous?

No, you are constantly going in and out of trances every day of your life. There has never been a case recorded of anyone dying from Hypnosis.

What is ‘Energy Psychology’?

Energy psychology (EP) is a collection of mind-body approaches for understanding and improving human functioning. EP focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, sensations, and behaviours, and known bioenergy systems (such as meridians and the biofield).

What is a ‘Spiritual Therapist’

I recognise the importance of offering more than energetic healing or conventional counselling and coaching.

I am highly trained in a number of healing techniques including: Counselling, Energy Psychology (EFT), Relationship Healing, Advanced Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Life Coaching, Parts Therapy and a diverse array of therapeutic interventions.
