Hi, I’m Emily—therapist, mother, and guide for those rebuilding after divorce.
I don’t just understand this work - I’ve lived it. I was the woman holding it all together: driven, capable, committed to doing life “right.” From the outside, things looked fine. On the inside, I was unraveling.
Leaving my marriage wasn’t the end - it was the beginning of a deeper return to myself.
What I came to realise was this: the version of me that was succeeding was also the version of me that was surviving. I was disconnected from my emotions, ignoring my body, and living out patterns that no longer fit.
Healing didn’t come from trying harder. It came from slowing down. From listening. From feeling. From finally honouring what I needed.
Now, I support others who are walking this brave, confronting, and ultimately liberating path.
I work with people - especially women - who have made the life-altering decision to leave a relationship not because they failed, but because they finally chose themselves.
